Donna and I want to take this opportunity to thank you and your office personnel for the great job that you did.   This deal could have easily fallen apart and not gone to closing.   We realize that you received this package in a dire situation, with contracts ending and nerves on edge.  As you had stated previously, you can pick up the phone and talk to a real person.
