Capital Farm Credit Photo Contest for Annual Calendar

Each year, Capital Farm Credit collects shared photos from our customers to feature in our annual association calendar. This calendar is a snapshot into the everyday life of agriculture and the rural lifestyle. 

The Capital Farm Credit Photo Contest is an opportunity for current/ prospective customers and employees, their families, and professional partners to submit their best photos for a chance to be featured our official Capital Farm Credit 2025 calendar.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for horizontal images, taken in Texas, that capture the rural lifestyle we all know and love, with specific interest in images of farm life, livestock, agriculture planting, irrigation, harvest, rural Texas, barns, nurseries, timber forests, holiday and seasonal scenes, county fairs, 4-H and FFA events, farmers markets, beautiful scenery, family, row crops, and all country homes.

Photo Requirements

• All images must be in a high-resolution digital format.
• Images must be taken horizontally/landscape rather than vertical/portrait. *Images that are taken vertically and rotated sideways will not be accepted.
• Each image should be at least 1M in size.
• Cell phone images ARE acceptable if they are submitted in their full resolution and not downgraded in size.
• Images are preferred to not be highly edited or filtered.
• Images must be taken in Texas.

Entry Requirements

Photos must be submitted by the following individuals for consideration:

• Capital Farm Credit customers and their families.
• Capital Farm Credit employees and their families.
• Professional partners of Capital Farm Credit.
• Capital Farm Credit prospective customers.

Each contestant may enter up to five photos.

Deadline

Contest is now closed for entries. 

Winners will be announced in October.

Winning Photos

Photos will be reviewed by the Capital Farm Credit Marketing Department for photo calendar consideration. The top 13 photos will then be voted on by Capital Farm Credit employees for top three placings and a chance to win the following prizes.

• First Place: $300
• Second Place: $200
• Third Place: $100

Terms and Conditions

Upon submission, individuals certify that they have permission of all individuals shown in each image and all individuals owning property shown in each photo to submit in the Capital Farm Credit Photo Contest. 

Your submitted images will not be returned.

Images become the property of Capital Farm Credit.

Each image submitted comes with full and exclusive rights to print the photo, with or without credit, in Capital Farm Credit literature without further obligation to the photographer or those people who have their person or items within pictures.
