Join Us at Our 2018 Next Generation Conference

Capital Farm Credit is hosting our Next Generation Conference for beginning farmers and ranchers on September 26 at the Emerging Technology Center in Victoria, TX.

This daylong conference provides meaningful resources to upcoming farmers and ranchers who want to grow their business and strengthen their agricultural operations. The event includes discussions on crop insurance, raising capital, government assistance, Farm Credit and more.

"At Capital Farm Credit we understand that the future of agriculture doesn't rely on the development of new seeds or chemicals, crop rotation techniques or breeding and genetics," Thomas Kyle, loan officer. "It depends on the development of young, new agriculture business leaders."

"The Next Gen Conference is geared toward helping young and beginning farmers and ranchers gain insight on various topics not typically discussed at the field days, seminars and workshops they would normally attend throughout the year." "Our goal is to make sure the next generation has a strong start in the agriculture industry," Kyle added. "By providing this program, we hope to give insight to young, beginning farming and ranching producers to add value to their operation."
