Capital Farm Credit hosts groundbreaking for new Waco office

CFC celebrates a key milestone in the Waco community, breaking ground on its new location in Waco, Texas. 

A lot of time and preparation has gone into the decisions to make the Association's ventures in real estate a reality. 

"In a couple of weeks, construction will begin on a brand-new Capital Farm Credit branch for our Waco market," said Kerinne Herber, team lead for real estate projects at CFC. "This building is a prototype that we hope to recreate in many of our markets across Texas in future years."

“Over the last year, we worked on a long-term strategy to better support our customer experience as well as the needs of our employees,” said Jeff Norte, chief executive officer. 

"We are excited to embark on this new project. It is the first of several new locations we hope to connect our brand into the architecture of our facilities," Norte added. 

As with other new office locations, members can still expect the same reliable credit and financial services they have come to know and expect from the team at Captial Farm Credit.
