Shane Bentke named Rock Star employee for 1st quarter of 2023

Capital Farm Credit recently announced its quarter employee recognition program, Rock Star. This program was created to recognize Association employees who excel in their role by actively demonstrating CFC's core values of commitment, trust, value and family. At CFC, we show up daily as a family to support our teammates and our customers within the agriculture community.

The Rock Star Award for the first quarter of 2023 was awarded to Shane Bentke, Relationship Manager, in the Brenham Credit Office. 

Shane has played an instrumental role in bringing new business to a young office. Shane is an active listener and proactive in work ethic while performing his duties with deep customer satisfaction. He demonstrates the values of commitment, teamwork, and value during the process of closing challenging loans to customers, navigating a workload far beyond his current experience level.
