Naomi Ramirez & Elizabeth Garcia selected as Rock Star employees for the 1st quarter of 2024

Capital Farm Credit's quarterly employee recognition program, Rock Star, was created to recognize Association employees who excel in their role by actively demonstrating CFC's core values of commitment, trust, value and family. At CFC, we show up daily as a family to support our teammates and our customers within the agriculture community.

The Rock Star Award for the first quarter of 2024 was awarded to both Naomi Ramirez, loan administrator in CFC's Laredo office, and Elizabeth Garcia, loan administrator in CFC's Harlingen office.

Naomi and Elizabeth have been invaluable assets to their teams and surrounding offices. Their commitment extended beyond their regular responsibilities, travelling long distances to provide in-person training to new hires at Capital Farm Credit. Throughout it all, they kept their team and CFC’s success as their main priority.
