Hondo office next for 2025 new construction plans

Capital Farm Credit continues strategizing new office developments for branch offices throughout the state. Hondo, Texas will be the next location for new office construction.

 The Association established a long-term strategy to launch future real estate projects. This strategy was designed to better support customer experience as well as the needs of Capital Farm Credit employees.

 "We spent more than a year gathering information and feedback from our customers, employees, and leadership to gain insight on how to best design our new facilities to meet the needs of our borrowers and employees," said Kerinne Herber, Capital Farm Credit senior vice president of real estate. “We have already had new build completions in Waco and San Angelo, and we now look forward to starting this project in Hondo.”

 As future office real estate is unveiled, members can still expect the same reliable credit and financial services they have come to know and expect from the team at Capital Farm Credit. The Hondo new construction is estimated to be complete in March 2025.
