CFC hosts Fall Texas Land Broker Networking Event
Capital Farm Credit was proud to host Texas land brokers at the Fall Texas Land Broker Networking Event in Bryan-College Station. The Association partnered with the Texas Alliance of Land Brokers and the Realtors Land Institute for the event to bring land real estate resources to professionals in the industry.
Attendees were able to network with other members and receive current information surrounding tools and strategies to enhance their businesses and better serve their clients.
CFC’s Chief Lending Officer Phil Peabody addressed the crowd, presenting information on how Capital Farm Credit can help serve land brokers and be an advocate for financial solutions to rural property buyers in Texas. Some of the topics discussed were interest rates, the Inflation Reduction Act, tax credits, the expansion of data centers and more.
“As we look into the future, we want to continue being involved in education, advocacy and financial solutions for serving agriculture and rural Texas,” said Peabody. “We need good real estate agents. I encourage us all to continue being students of the industry and students of the business.”
