Scholarships for high school seniors are now available
Capital Farm Credit is honored to support the next generation of agriculture and rural Texas by awarding $1,000 scholarships to graduating high school seniors across its market territories.
Interested in applying? Youth scholarships are awarded using the following eligibility requirements:
- Funds shall be used to attend an accredited vocational or technical school, college or university. Student must maintain full time status.
- Applicants must be high school seniors, graduating within the current school year.
- Applicant must demonstrate that they have a tentative educational plan and goals, related to fields in agriculture or natural resources (may include Ag Communications, Ag Economics/Business, Ag Education, Wildlife or Ranch Management, etc.).
- Applicants must include digital copies of the following documents along with their completed online application for consideration:
a. Copy of recent high school transcript
b. 2 letters of recommendation
