Tiffany Heatwole named Rock Star employee for 4th quarter of 2024

Capital Farm Credit's quarterly employee recognition program, Rock Star, was created to recognize Association employees who excel in their role by actively demonstrating CFC's core values of commitment, trust, value and family. At CFC, we show up daily as a family to support our teammates and our customers within the agriculture community.

The Rock Star Award for the fourth quarter of 2024 was awarded to Tiffany Heatwole, Direct Loan Portfolio Manager in the Lubbock office.  

Tiffany consistently goes above and beyond, especially under pressure. She is instrumental in managing CFC’s most complex loans, handling everything from pre-booking to post-closing. In Q4 alone, Tiffany successfully managed over 40 complex deals, all while navigating limited business days and various other commitments.

Her work includes multiple team calls, extensive document reviews, and hours spent on closing days and post-booking accuracy checks. Throughout, Tiffany also dedicated time to training for year-end processes, mentoring her colleagues, and balancing her day-to-day responsibilities.
