Kayla Baker named Rock Star employee for 1st quarter of 2025

The Rock Star Award for the first quarter of 2025 was awarded to Kayla Baker, Loan Administrator in the Burnet office.
Kayla consistently provides outstanding customer service, supports her team with positivity, and lives out our core values daily. As a loan administrator, she not only excels in her own office but has stepped up to assist other locations—mentoring new team members, covering offices on short notice, and ensuring smooth operations. Her patience, cross-departmental collaboration, and willingness to take on extra responsibilities make her a trusted and valued team member.
